I was told I could check in at 2 pm. At 2.40 I found out that they didn’t even start cleaning the room for me. When I finally came into the room, it turned out that they had already given somebody a key for my locker and that person had taken my bed. On top of that I had to live with an idiot who smoked on his bed in a shared room for 4 people, I had to wake up two times, because I was suffocating. Last but not least, I didn’t get any towels or slippers. The most horrible hostel ever in my life.
